HOW DOES IT WORK EXACTLY?

• Choose Your Reading: When you decide on a reading, you'll fill out a form with your questions during the purchase.

• Payment and PDF: After making the payment, you'll receive a downloadable PDF containing all the details of the process.

• Clarification: If any clarification is required, I'll get in touch with you.

• Private Reading: The reading will be conducted privately and then emailed to you.

ARE DELIVERY TIMELINES FLEXIBLE?

Timelines are approximate. Readings are done as quickly as possible and sometimes are delivered earlier than the 2-3 day range.

WHAT DOES A READING INCLUDE?

Your reading will include:

• The Inquiry – your question(s) and timeline (if applicable).

• The Photo – a photo of the cards drawn.

• The Reading – the recorded interpretation of the cards, or in the case of the Spirit Fire Channeled Message reading, the verbatim transcript.

 

WHY A RECORDED READING INSTEAD OF LIVE?

The primary reason is convenience – yours and mine.

• Convenience and Efficiency: A recorded reading doesn't rely on real-time availability. We're not subject to schedules and time zones. Listening to a recorded reading allows you to absorb information at your own pace.

• Record Keeping and Accessibility: A recorded reading can be easily stored, organized, and accessed. You can revisit a recorded reading at any time.

 

GUIDELINES & RESTRICTIONS

I have some restrictions regarding several areas, especially where professional guidance should be sought. All consultations on health, financial or legal matters will be oriented at coping with the situation on a personal level, but are not a substitute for medical, legal or financial advice provided by a trained professional.

• Health Matters: I do not provide diagnostic readings or treatment recommendations. Any health consultations should be directed to qualified professionals. My readings/advice is non-medical and focuses on managing existing diagnoses.

• Financial Matters: I do not refuse to read on financial matters, but please note that readings and advice do not replace professional guidance.

• Legal Matters: I will not advise about specific actions to take or offer any advice that goes against factual knowledge given by the appropriate professionals.

• Third-Party Limitations: I am open to third-party readings as long as they directly relate to the querent’s life. However, I will not invade the privacy of individuals unrelated to the querent. For instance, I refrain from providing details about the intimate lives of ex-partners and their new relationships.

• Refusal of Service: I reserve the right to refuse to do a reading for any reason. If I determine that I am not the right reader for you, I will let you know and issue a refund.

 

CAN I CHOOSE WHICH DIVINATION TOOL IS USED FOR MY READING?

I prefer to choose the tool that I believe will best answer the question(s) asked, whether that's Tarot, Lenormand or a different oracle deck. However, if you have a strong preference, don't hesitate in letting me know so that I can accommodate your choice.
 

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS FOR READINGS?

A lot of time, energy, and effort is spent on a reading. Because of this, I don’t offer refunds for completed readings. However, if unforeseen circumstances prevent me from completing your reading within a reasonable time, if I am unable to make a connection, or I decide we're not a good fit, I will issue a refund.
